VIII. What a Manager should know about the possibility to facilitate the mentoring process by using Open Educational Resources and Toolbox on entrepreneurship
To facilitate the blended Mentoring process on Entrepreneurship the Mentor has a possibility to use two main tools developed within the project:
- Open Educational Resources on Entrepreneurship, which Mentor could suggest to his/her Mentees for self-directed e-learning with further discussions during online mentoring sessions.
- Toolbox with the exercises which Mentor could use within the face-to face mentoring sessions to facilitate these sessions.
